Sense&Memory - A cross generational community project

Sense&Memory: An intergenerational community arts project

Sense&Memory is an intergenerational arts project based in Camden. During artist-led workshops, young people aged 9 to 18 and older community members take each of the 5 senses in turn, exploring sensory experience and memory.

Participants are invited to develop and express their ideas using various creative media and approaches, such as photography, video, sculpture, sound, drawing and painting, with the aim of exhibiting their work in a celebratory closing event.

For Sense&Memory, CSKX Studios is collaborating with: North London Cares at Kentish Town Community Centre; Free Space Project at Kentish Town Health Centre; Queens Crescent Community Association, Kentish Town City Farm, Wellesley Road Care Home and Gospel Oak School; and the Royal Free Hospital.
